FindInvestPartners — Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope
   These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.findinvestpartners.com, any mobile applications, and the dashboard and related services (collectively, the “Dashboard” or the “Services”) operated by FindInvestPartners (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Dashboard or Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Our Services
   FindInvestPartners operates a platform that enables financial advisors and prospective clients to find and contact each other. We facilitate introductory meetings or calls between users and licensed financial advisors based on information you provide via the Dashboard. FindInvestPartners does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; all advisory services are provided exclusively by the licensed advisors you contact.

3. Agreement and Acceptance of Terms
   By using the Dashboard or Services you confirm that you: (a) have read and understand these Terms; (b) are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; (c) will comply with these Terms; and (d) accept that disputes will generally be resolved through binding arbitration as set out in Section 16. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

4. No Advice; No Fiduciary Duty; Disclaimers

• The Dashboard content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice.
• Investment outcomes cannot be guaranteed; all investments involve risk, including loss of principal.
• You should consult independent licensed professionals before making financial, tax, or legal decisions.
• FindInvestPartners does not owe you a fiduciary duty.

5. User Accounts; Registration and Security

• To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Electronic Communications; Notices
   By creating an account you consent to receive electronic communications. Notices are effective when posted or sent. You must keep contact details accurate.

7. Cost, Fees and Referral Compensation

• Basic use of the Dashboard is free. Advisors may charge fees for their services; such fees are disclosed by advisors directly.
• We may receive referral, marketing, or other compensation from advisors; material arrangements will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

8. Data Integrity and Technical Limitations

• We rely on third‑party data; we do not guarantee information accuracy or timeliness.
• Service interruptions or technical issues may occur. Verify critical information with advisors or institutions directly.

9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
   You must not: (a) use the Services unlawfully; (b) share account credentials; (c) reverse‑engineer or interfere with the Dashboard; (d) use automated scraping without consent; (e) upload harmful code; or (f) resell the Services.

10. Confidentiality and User Feedback

• Feedback you provide may be used by us and is considered non‑confidential unless agreed otherwise.
• If you provide confidential information under a separate agreement, that agreement governs.

11. Advisor Listings, Screening and Representations

• Advisors may be listed, described, and screened by us. Screening is intended to reduce risk but does not guarantee suitability, compliance, or performance.
• Advisors represent and warrant certain facts to us (e.g., licensure); you should independently verify any advisor’s credentials.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
    Your use of the Dashboard is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using the Services you consent to the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Third‑Party Services and Links
    The Dashboard may link to third‑party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

14. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Dashboard are owned or licensed by FindInvestPartners. You may use content only as permitted; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

15. Termination and Suspension
    We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, inactivity, legal reasons, or at our discretion. You may close your account at any time. Termination does not affect rights or liabilities that arose before termination.

16. Governing Law; Arbitration; Waiver of Class Actions and Jury Trial

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FindInvestPartners is incorporated or principally operates.
• Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under rules selected by FindInvestPartners. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and class action. Arbitration may limit discovery and remedies.

17. Limitation of Liability; Cap on Damages

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindInvestPartners’ aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed USD 100.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, goodwill, or data, even if foreseeable.

18. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold FindInvestPartners and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Dashboard, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with advisors.

19. No Refunds; No Compensation for Advisor Conduct
    FindInvestPartners is not responsible for advisor conduct or outcomes. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for losses resulting from engagements with advisors, except where required by law.

20. Insurance and Risk Management
    You are encouraged to verify advisors maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance. FindInvestPartners may maintain insurance covering platform risks; such insurance does not replace your need for due diligence.

21. Export Controls and Sanctions Compliance
    You will not use the Dashboard in violation of export controls or to offer services to sanctioned persons or jurisdictions. We may restrict access for compliance.

22. Changes to the Terms; Notice of Material Changes
    We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.

23. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
    If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement.

24. Language; Translations
    The English version of these Terms controls. Translations are provided for convenience.
