2. Platform Role and Limitations

• FindInvestPartners operates as an online platform that publishes advisor profiles and enables advisors and prospective clients to contact each other.
• We do not act as an agent, broker, introducer with regulatory obligations, matchmaker, advisor, portfolio manager, or service provider for transactions between you and an advisor. We do not direct, manage, supervise, or control the services advisors provide. Any contractual relationship, service agreement, or engagement is solely between you and the advisor.

3. Provider Screening, Representations and Warranties

• We maintain an internal screening process for advisors (e.g., credential checks, identity verification, background checks, references). Screening is intended to reduce risk but does not guarantee an advisor’s suitability, performance, compliance, or fitness for any particular client or purpose.
• Advisors listed on the platform make representations and warranties to us about their credentials, licensure, regulatory status, and compliance with applicable laws; however, we do not independently guarantee or underwrite those representations beyond our screening procedures. You must independently verify any advisor’s credentials and suitability.

4. Regulatory Licensing and Jurisdictional Requirements

• FindInvestPartners is not a regulated financial services firm and does not represent that it holds licenses or authorisations to provide regulated services in any or all jurisdictions.
• In some jurisdictions, activities that facilitate contact between advisors and clients (including introductions, referrals, or facilitation) may themselves be regulated and require licensing, registration, or other authorisations. We do not represent that our platform complies with all such local requirements.
• It is your and each advisor’s responsibility to determine and comply with applicable regulatory requirements in your respective jurisdictions prior to engaging in any advisory relationship or service.

5. AML, KYC, Sanctions and Compliance

• Depending on jurisdictional requirements and the nature of services, advisors or users may be required to complete anti‑money‑laundering (AML), know‑your‑customer (KYC), and sanctions screening. FindInvestPartners may perform identity or compliance checks on advisors; however, we do not provide AML/KYC clearance for users or guarantee regulatory compliance by advisors. Users and advisors remain responsible for their own compliance obligations.

6. Payments and Financial Transactions

• FindInvestPartners does not custody, hold, or manage client funds unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. • Any engagement, transaction, advice, or service provided by an advisor after contact or introduction is solely between you and the advisor. FindInvestPartners has no responsibility or liability for any losses, claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from your relationship with an advisor or from any actions or omissions of an advisor.
• You agree that FindInvestPartners will not compensate, refund, indemnify, or otherwise reimburse you for losses or damages resulting from engagements with advisors, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, except to the extent that applicable law prohibits such limitations.

9. Limitation of Liability and Exclusions

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FindInvestPartners, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, reliance on information on the platform, or interactions with advisors.
• Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FindInvestPartners and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, your interactions with an advisor, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. No Endorsement

• Listings, profiles, content, or contact details of advisors do not imply endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation beyond enabling advisors and clients to connect. Any ratings, reviews, or testimonials on the platform reflect the views of respective users and not ours.

12. Consumer Disclosures and Transparency

• We will disclose any material referral fees, affiliate relationships, or commercial arrangements with advisors where applicable. However, such disclosures do not replace your duty to ask advisors directly about their compensation, conflicts of interest, and fiduciary obligations.

13. Recordkeeping and Audit Trail

• We may retain records of advisor screening, communications, consents, and transactions for compliance and audit purposes. Retention periods and practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints, Disputes and Remediation

• If you have a complaint about an advisor listed on our platform, contact the advisor first. If unresolved, contact us and we will provide guidance on available steps; however, we do not guarantee outcomes and are not responsible for resolving disputes between you and an advisor. For regulated advisors, we may provide information on how to contact relevant regulators.

15. Insurance and Professional Indemnity

• We recommend advisors maintain appropriate professional indemnity/insurance and require proof where applicable. FindInvestPartners may also maintain insurance coverage; details available on request. Insurance does not substitute for regulatory compliance or remove your need to perform due diligence.

16. Data Protection and Privacy

• Our collection, use, disclosure, and storage of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to our processing of personal data as described there. 20. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Severability

• These terms and this disclaimer are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FindInvestPartners is incorporated or principally operates (the “Home Jurisdiction”), without regard to conflict of law rules.
