- Communications content: messages, inquiries, meeting requests, and any documents you upload.
b. Technical and Usage Data (automatically collected)
- Device and connection: IP address, device identifiers, browser and operating system, language, screen resolution.
- Usage: pages visited, time and date stamps, clicks, navigation paths, referral source, and interaction data.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
c. Third‑party and Public Sources
- Data from third‑party services you connect (e.g., calendar, CRM integrations) and public/open sources used as part of advisor screening (e.g., professional registries).

Depending on jurisdiction and the processing activity, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (providing the Services you request).
- Legitimate interests (operating and improving the platform, fraud prevention, security, screening advisors), balanced against your rights.

- Maintain security, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

- Send marketing communications where you consent or where permitted by law (you may opt out).
We do not sell personal information to third parties.

- Advisors and service providers: personal data you submit to connect with advisors (contact details, profile information, and any documents you choose to share) will be shared with selected advisors necessary to facilitate contact.
- Service providers and processors: vendors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics, payment processors) under contractual obligations to protect data.
- Legal and regulatory: when required by law, court order, or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities, to prevent fraud or imminent harm, or to enforce our agreements.

- Advisors provide professional and licensing information for listing. We may publish advisor profiles, credentials, and public reviews. You consent to such publication when you create a profile or opt to be listed.
- Screening checks may include identity verification, regulatory register searches, professional references, and background checks. Screening does not guarantee future performance; advisors remain responsible for maintaining accurate credentials.
AML/KYC, Sanctions and Compliance Screening
We may perform AML/KYC or sanctions screening on advisors and, where required by law, on users. Such checks are based on legal obligations and legitimate interests. Refusal to provide required information may prevent use of certain Services.Payments, Fees and Financial Information
If payment functionality is enabled, payment details are processed by third‑party payment processors; we do not store full payment card data unless explicitly stated and secured. Fee arrangements between users and advisors are between those parties; we may receive referral or service fees and will disclose material arrangements where required.Third‑Party Services and Links
